Nishith Shetty is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in controls engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Controls Development Engineer at Tesla since March 2018, Nishith has progressed through various roles including Senior Controls Engineer and Controls Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Controls Engineer at Industrial Automation Group from August 2016 to March 2018, and providing IT support at the University of Southern California's Viterbi School of Engineering from August 2015 to May 2016. Earlier in the career, Nishith was a Junior Manager at JSW Steel Ltd where responsibilities included designing and maintaining automation systems. Nishith holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
