Omkar Deshpande

Omkar Deshpande is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Battery Module/Pack at Tesla, with experience in orchestrating equipment installation and ramp plans for production cells at both Greenfield and Brownfield factories. Previous roles at Tesla include Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Engineer, where Omkar led the successful liquidation of Model 3/Y Battery platters, managed new battery programs, and revamped control plans for high-volume production lines.
