Peter Braun

Peter Braun is a Senior Recruitment Manager at Giga Berlin-Brandenburg, with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. They previously worked at Tesla from 2020 to 2023 in various roles, including Senior Recruiter and Associate Recruitment Manager, where they developed recruitment strategies and participated in post-acquisition integration projects. Prior to Tesla, Peter served as a Recruiting Consultant at SMR Automotive Global, where they optimized recruitment processes and introduced a new Applicant Tracking System. They co-founded Cotaho, where they led organizational development and recruitment efforts. Peter holds a Diplom in Sociology from the University of Bamberg.
