Qian Lin

Qian Lin is a development expert in automotive interiors with a decade of experience guiding projects from concept through series production. They currently serve as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Tesla, focusing on interior developments. Previously, Qian held positions such as Director of Project Management at 上海华伟汽车部件股份有限公司 and Project Development Manager at DRÄXLMAIER Group, where they worked on key automotive components including the BMW iX3. Qian began their career with internships at Linde Gas and The Linde Group, and they earned a Diplom in Mechanical Engineering from Universität Karlsruhe (TH) in 2011.
