Rachel Chen

Rachel Chen is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards for the APAC region at Tesla. Prior to this role, Rachel held key positions at GE能源集团 as the Head of Compensation & Benefits for Greater China, at Kodak Alaris as Compensation & Benefits Director for Asia and HRBP for Greater China, at VMware as C&B Manager for North Asia, and at United Technologies as Assistant C&B Manager for Asia. Rachel Chen holds a Master’s degree in Information Resources Management from Peking University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Resources Management from Renmin University of China.
