Rainer Liem is currently a Sr Manufacturing Dev Controls Engineer at Tesla, where they have been since 2021 after progressing through various engineering roles starting in 2018. They possess a strong interest in lean environments and process improvements, having gained experience as an Industrial Engineer and in various capacities at Tesla. Rainer previously interned as a Project Manager at Process Expert, where they implemented an RFID system at a nuclear power plant warehouse, and also completed a Public Relations internship at Toyota Astra Motor. They hold both a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
