Randy Snyder

Randy Snyder is currently an Engineering Lead at Tesla, where they are leveraging their extensive expertise in mechanical engineering. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Tesla and held various engineering positions at Phillips 66, including Maintenance Engineer and Mechanical Integrity Engineer, where they executed multiple turnarounds and mentored new hire engineers. Randy also completed internships at GE Oil & Gas and ExxonMobil. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, with their studies ongoing since 2016.
