Regina Mock

Regina Mock has extensive experience in labor relations and human resources, beginning with roles at Kellogg Company from October 2019 to June 2021, where positions included Labor Relations Advisor and Employee Relations Advisor, focusing on providing guidance on company policies and assisting in hiring and investigations. Prior to this, Regina served as a Production Supervisor, emphasizing team success and development. Following Kellogg, Regina held positions as a Labor Relations Specialist at Bradford White and a Process Technician at Chobani La Colombe and currently at Tesla as of October 2025. Regina's career in production spans a decade at Kellogg Snacks, holding the role of Process Lead. Educationally, Regina obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management from Spring Arbor University between 1989 and 1992.
