Robert Neff has a solid background in engineering, starting as a Manufacturing Engineer at Raytheon Company from October 2010 to July 2012, where support was provided for factory floor operations and suppliers. Progressing to roles such as Systems Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer, Robert focused on system integration, testing for the Standard Missile 3 program, and the development of control algorithms and simulations for actuation systems. Since June 2019, Robert has been with Tesla, initially serving as a Senior Manager of Test Engineering and currently as a Test Engineering Manager, leading a team in the validation of electronic systems for vehicle programs, mentoring team members, and ensuring project progress.
