Roshan Thomas

Roshan Thomas is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience at Tesla since 2009, currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain, overseeing a significant supplier spend exceeding $22 billion and managing a team of over 1400 professionals. Previous roles at Tesla include Vice President of Global Supply Management and Director of Global Supply Management & Supplier Industrialization, responsible for various vehicle and solar systems, sourcing, industrialization, and quality management. Prior to Tesla, Roshan held positions at Tellabs Inc., successfully scaling supply chain operations from $20 million to over $150 million annually, and at Sanmina, managing customer supply chains and inventory. Educational achievements include an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and certificates from MIT and Stanford in relevant fields.
