Ryan Duncan

Ryan Duncan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intelligence analysis and public affairs. From March 2017 to March 2023, Ryan served as an Intelligence Analyst at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Concurrently, Ryan held several positions within the National Security Council at The White House, including Director of Operations and Senior Duty Officer for the White House Situation Room from March 2022 to March 2023. Previous roles include Assistant Account Executive at Edelman and Associate at The Harbour Group. Ryan also served as Special Assistant and Speechwriter to Judge Ken Starr at Baylor University. Currently, Ryan is the Managing Policy Advisor at Tesla since March 2025 and an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University, teaching courses in International Affairs and Nuclear Policy Studies. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University and a Master’s degree in National Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University.
