Ryan Needle

Ryan Needle is a Senior Chassis Controls Software Engineer at Tesla, where they contributed to chassis controls from 2022. They previously held various roles, including Founder and President of Michigan E-Jetski and Powertrain Director at MRacing. Ryan also gained experience through internships at Pratt Miller and Potomac Photonics. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan from 2019 to 2023, following a high school diploma from Winston Churchill High School in 2019.
