Ryan Nida has a comprehensive background in engineering and manufacturing, beginning with an education at Ohio University where a Bachelor of Science degree was earned in 2012. Early career experience includes roles as a Junior Mechanic and Fabricator at Company Wrench, Ltd. from July 2005 to August 2008, and as an Operations and Maintenance Technician co-op at American Electric Power from June 2009 to December 2011. Ryan's expertise further developed at Lincoln Electric as a Manufacturing Engineer from June 2012 to April 2016, and at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. as a Market Quality Engineer from May 2016 to February 2021. Ryan has been with Tesla since February 2021, initially serving as a Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer and advancing to the position of Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer as of August 2025. Additionally, Ryan contributed to research efforts as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The Institute for Sustainable Energy & Environment in 2011.
