Sam Rickles is an Annie Award-nominated Lead/Senior FX Technical Director with over a decade of experience in the Visual Effects industry, including three years in a leadership role. Currently, Sam works as a Staff Autopilot Technical Artist at Tesla, following a position as Lead FX Artist at Blizzard Entertainment, where they led a team to create the Warcraft Rumble launch trailer. Sam has been credited on ten feature films and possesses a hybrid background of artistic and technical skills, specializing in various software and programming languages. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
