Sean O'Neil

Sean O'Neil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in loss prevention, security, and investigations. Currently serving as a Loss Prevention Specialist for EMEA at Tesla since September 2025, O'Neil previously held the position of Group Security & Loss Prevention Manager at SIG plc, where responsibilities included developing physical security standards and managing projects related to security measures. Prior roles include Fraud & Cyber Investigations Manager for Bedfordshire Police and EU Loss Prevention Investigations Manager at Amazon, where O'Neil led the internal investigation unit. Additionally, O'Neil has held significant roles within the Bedfordshire Major Crime Unit and the Bedfordshire Police, functioning as a Detective Chief Inspector and a force coordinator for hostage negotiation. O'Neil holds a law degree from the University of Bedfordshire and an Executive Diploma in Management from Bramshill Police Staff College.
