Stella Okoko is a global leader in ethics, compliance, and risk strategy with 9 years of experience across more than 8 countries, including Africa, the Middle East, and the U.S. Currently serving as the Senior Risk Operations Manager at Tesla, Stella has previously held pivotal roles at Mercy Corps and the International Rescue Committee, where they led investigations and developed frameworks that enhanced compliance and governance. They hold a STEM MBA from the University of Rochester, where they served as Student Body President, and are currently pursuing degrees in Business Risk Management and Actuarial Science.
