Subhash Polisetti

Subhash Polisetti possesses extensive experience in technology and engineering roles, currently serving as a Shoggoth Pilot at Tesla, where the focus is on collaboration among Factory, Energy, and MLops infrastructure teams. Prior to Tesla, Subhash held positions at Fireworks AI as a Pyromaniac, concentrating on language model inference and computational capacity management for AI training. Experience also includes serving as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Zscaler, specializing in security automation, and as a Cloud Infrastructure SRE at Nokia, where contributions were made to telecom infrastructure automation. Earlier roles include working at Red Hat as a Software Quality Engineer, with a focus on the Ceph storage system. Subhash holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from San José State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology.
