Sydney Sprinkle

Sydney Sprinkle has a diverse background in aquatic sports and management, with experience spanning various roles in swim instruction, coaching, and operations. Starting as a lifeguard and lessons instructor at WEST Coast Aquatics, Sydney progressed to serve as Lessons Manager and Head Lifeguard at WAVE Aquatics, overseeing customer service and conflict resolution. Notable coaching roles include Head Coach for the age group nationally competitive synchronized swimming team at Seattle Synchro and Coach at The Cygnets of San Antonio. Sydney also performed as a synchronized swimmer for SeaWorld's "Azul" show and was a member of the USA National Team for synchronized swimming, participating in the 2016 Olympic and World team. Sydney's professional progression continued with positions at Jolyn Clothing Company as Washington State Account Manager and at Tesla as Sr Operations Specialist.
