Ted Stephens

Ted Stephens is currently pursuing a dual degree in Engineering and Science at the University of NSW, where they have achieved Honours Class 1 and The University Medal. They have extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked at Tesla from 2020 to 2021 in various roles focused on energy finance and services, where they led cross-functional teams and supported financial decision-making. Prior to Tesla, Ted contributed to research on smart electricity grids at NICTA and gained strategic experience at McKinsey & Company, collaborating with executives on high-priority business objectives. Their passion for accelerating the global energy transition has been a consistent theme throughout their academic and professional journey.
