Thomas Cannon

Thomas Cannon is a highly skilled network architect and security expert currently serving as a Staff IoT Network Engineer at Tesla, where they design and implement industrial control networks for large-scale energy storage solutions. Between 1998 and 2013, Thomas worked as a senior consultant for numerous high-profile clients, including Cisco, NASA, and SpaceX, providing expertise in network architecture and security. They held various significant roles, including Director of Network Operations at Beats Music, and Senior Network Architect at Gladstone Institutes, where they transformed the network infrastructure to support modern capabilities. Thomas has also contributed their skills as a Hybrid Network Security Architect at CANCOM US, and as a Senior System Engineer at Pronto, throughout their diverse career. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at Widener University.
