Tim Coil is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technical recruiting and human resources. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Recruiter at Tesla since January 2017, Tim specializes in machine learning software engineering, autonomy, and Dojo projects. Prior to Tesla, Tim held various recruiting roles, including Senior Technical Recruiter at MAHLE, where significant achievements included a high requisition-to-fill ratio and successful recruitment of engineering and financial professionals across multiple states.
