Tjalling Nobels is currently a Manager of Systems & Processes at Tesla, where they previously held roles including Data Scientist and Staff Industrial & Systems Engineer. They co-founded Team RED, developing a demand response system and successfully securing over €100K in pre-seed funding. Tjalling has managed over 30 large-scale projects in Product Development, Data Analytics, and Systems Development, demonstrating a strong ability to translate ideas into reality.
