Tony MacKe

Tony Macke has extensive experience in supply management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Global Supply Management at Tesla since September 2015. In this role, Tony supports Global Supply Management and Supplier Industrialization Engineering teams for various vehicle and energy systems. Prior to Tesla, Tony worked at General Motors from June 2012 to September 2015, holding various positions including Group Leader of Die Cast Operations, where the focus was on managing die cast operations to meet safety, quality, and cost metrics. Additionally, Tony has been actively involved in the Professional Managers Network as Chairman since 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Integrated Vehicle Systems Engineering from Purdue University and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, respectively.
