Trevor Hemsing

Trevor Hemsing is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Tesla, where they focus on actuator development for the Optimus project. Previously, Trevor served as a Mechanical Design Engineering Intern and honed their skills through a series of roles, including Mechanical Test Engineering Co-op at Kardium Inc. and Product Designer - Mechanical Co-op at Dometic. Trevor also demonstrated leadership as a Project Manager for UBC Rocket during the pandemic, coordinating team efforts and managing project budgets. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Mechatronics, from The University of British Columbia.
