Wouter den Hollander is currently a Senior Analyst in Charging Network Planning at Tesla, where they lead global network planning initiatives and develop tools for optimal site recommendations. Previously, Wouter served as the EU Network Planning Lead at NIO, specializing in the planning of Battery Swap Station networks across Europe, and worked as a Network Planner and Data Scientist at Allego, where they contributed to the development of an internal network-planning tool. Wouter's earlier experience includes a research internship at AMOLF and various technical roles, including a technical trainee position at Alliander. They hold a Master's degree in Physics and Astronomy from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and dual Bachelor's degrees in Theoretical Physics and Neuroscience and in Mathematics and Economics from University College Utrecht and Queen's University, respectively.
