Courtney Martin has a diverse work experience in various roles. Courtney started their career at Arvest Bank in 2011 as a Teller and eventually worked their way up to Assistant Branch Manager. In this role, they were responsible for supervising and training associates, opening and maintaining accounts, and providing Notary services. Courtney also participated in the L.E.A. program and graduated from it.

Courtney then transitioned to the training department of Arvest Bank, where they served as a Training Specialist. Courtney'sresponsibilities included developing and designing training materials and activities, hosting in-person classes and webinars, and teaching courses on culture matters and diversity.
