Courtney Martin

Courtney Martin has a diverse work experience in various roles. Courtney started their career at Arvest Bank in 2011 as a Teller and eventually worked their way up to Assistant Branch Manager. In this role, they were responsible for supervising and training associates, opening and maintaining accounts, and providing Notary services. Courtney also participated in the L.E.A. program and graduated from it.

Courtney then transitioned to the training department of Arvest Bank, where they served as a Training Specialist. Courtney'sresponsibilities included developing and designing training materials and activities, hosting in-person classes and webinars, and teaching courses on culture matters and diversity.

Following that, Courtney took on the role of Digital Content Specialist at Arvest Bank, where they monitored social media platforms and Google branch location pages for customer comments and reviews. Courtney also managed Arvest Bank application reviews in app stores.

Most recently, Courtney joined Teslar Software as the Director of Marketing in 2019 and was promoted to the role of VP of Marketing in April 2022. Detailed information about their responsibilities in these roles is not provided.

Courtney Martin attended the University of Arkansas from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Banking. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Prior to that, they acquired a Brain Friendly Teaching certification from Kagan Publishing and Professional Development in February 2018. In addition, they obtained certifications in Universal Banker, Team Leader, and Bank Teller from the American Bankers Association in 2018 and 2017 respectively. Furthermore, they completed a Train-the-Trainer Boot Camp from The Bob Pike Group in April 2017.
