Drake Welch began their work experience in 2019 as a Photographer at Walt Disney World, where they worked from January 2019 to February 2020. In 2020, they joined The Grid Esports as the Director of Marketing, a role they held from March 2020 to November 2021. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Representative at Teslar Software, starting in November 2021.
