Ted Mills

Ted Mills has worked in the finance industry since 1999. In that time, they have held various roles with various companies. From 1999 to 2005, they were a Vice President at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, where they managed client engagements involving corporate restructurings, sell-side and buy-side transactions. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Continental Limited, Inc., where they were responsible for treasury management and corporate finance activities. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Managing Director and Co-Founder of ETC Capital, LLC, where they developed and implemented an investment thesis to create long-term wealth creation. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Managing Director and Founder of Resource Capital Advisors, LLC, where they provided capital sourcing, merger & acquisition advisory, business advisory and merchant banking services. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been the Co-Founder and CEO of Perigon Health 360, a digital health company that provides smart, WiFi connected devices, pharmacy services, medication, health advocate access and data science-enabled insights.

Ted Mills completed their MBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in 1998. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Business from Michigan State University in 1993.
