Donovan Escobar

Donovan Escobar is an agronomist with an MBA and has worked in the flower industry since 2018. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at TESSA, they previously held positions such as Head of Postharvest at both TESSACORP and Florisol&Co, and Production Manager at Agrogana. Donovan began their career as a Production Trainee at Smithfield Foods and later became a Production Supervisor at Inca's Treasure. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science from EAP Zamorano and a Master of Business Administration from IDE Business School.
