Steve Purcell

Steve Purcell has over 35 years of work experience, starting their career as a Design Assurance Engineer at Rockwell Automation in 1984. Steve then worked as a Product Manager at Square D Company from 1988 to 1991. From 1991 to 1995, Steve was a Market Manager at Johnson Controls, specializing in Telecommunications and CATV. Steve then served as the VP of Marketing at Exide Technologies from 1995 to 2001.

In 2005, Steve joined Purcell Systems as a Sales Director and stayed with the company until 2007. Steve then worked as a Sales Director at Kentrox from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2016, Steve served as a Strategic Account Manager at Corning Optical Communications.

In 2016, Steve joined Cel-Fi by Nextivity as the Director of Sales and held the position until 2018. Currently, they are working as a Key Account Manager at Tessco Technologies. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and account management in the telecommunications industry.

Steve Purcell pursued their education in a systematic and methodical manner. Steve began their journey in 1980 at Marquette University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science in 1984. Demonstrating a keen interest in business, they later attended the Lubar College of Business from 1989 to 1992, obtaining an MBA with a focus on Marketing. By investing their time and effort into these educational pursuits, Steve ensured a well-rounded education that merged technical expertise with business acumen.
