Daniele Righi

Born in 1979, he graduated in management and automation engineering from Studies of Roma Tre and holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics and Policy from the School of Government of LUISS. He has over 18 years of experience in the design and

implementation of innovative projects and in the management of institutional relations, also as a result of numerous activities supporting Local Authorities and Enterprises on Community Programming in Invitalia and related roles in Technical Secretariats at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

Since February 2019, he has been head of Linkem’s Innovation and Business Development Department and since August 2022, following the merger by incorporation of Linkem’s Retail branch, he holds the same role in the Tiscali Group for which he is mainly responsible for promoting and

support digital transformation and the transition to 5G through the development of new businesses from a Smart City perspective. Under his direction Tiscali is engaging innovative SMEs and startups according to the Open Innovation model and supporting the development of the Public Private Partnership to innovate and redevelop public services through the best organizational and technological solutions.

Since October 2019, he has been a board member of 3Pitalia S.p.A. and since September 2022, following the completion of the acquisition of a controlling stake in 3PItalia by Tiscali S.p.A., he has become its Chairman.

He has always been engaged as a speaker on innovation issues at conferences, masters and

degree courses, as well as in volunteer activities with associations for the dissemination of digital culture in Italy.
