Neil Cooper has over 40 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Neil began their career in 1980 as a Sales Planning Manager at General Foods Corporation. In 1987, they moved to The Clorox Company as a Regional Sales Manager. Neil then joined Perrier Group of America as a Director of National Accounts in 1990. In 1999, they were appointed Director of National Accounts at Houston Harvest Gifts. In 2003, they took on the role of VP Sales & Marketing at Marjack. In 2010, they moved to Chesapeake Bay Roasting Company in the same role. In 2014, they joined Compass Marketing, Inc. as Director of Business Development. Neil is currently the Director of Customer Development and New Trade Channels at Tessemae's.

Neil Cooper attended Michigan State University from 1977 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
