Arco Meerveld

Arco Meerveld has a diverse work experience in various roles related to procurement, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. From 2012 to present, they worked at Tessenderlo Group, where they started as the Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions before moving on to become the Category Manager for Group Indirect Spend. Currently, they serve as the Group Director of ICT Procurement & HQ, overseeing the procurement of ICT and OT for the group and managing the Indirect Procurement team at the headquarters. Prior to that, they worked at Heijmans NV as the Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions from 2007 to 2012. Before joining Heijmans NV, they were an M&A Consultant at VCM Corporate Finance for six years, where they were involved in a variety of M&A transactions for SME clients and family-owned businesses.
