Madelon Deckx

Madelon Deckx currently serves as HR BP L&D and Talent Management at Tessenderlo Group, focusing on talent and learning and development for Tessenderlo Kerley International and HR business partnering for the Technology Department. Previously, Madelon held various roles at Mars from May 2015 to October 2022, including Education and Training Lead Global Food, Learning & Development Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, and HR Generalist, where responsibilities ranged from developing learning programs to recruitment and engagement strategies. Earlier experience includes working as a Trainer-consultant and an intern in HR roles at Novare Turnhout and Smet Group, respectively. Madelon holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences.
