Scott Smith, PE, CRL, is currently the NSBOSC Site Manager at NAS Whidbey, where they lead a professional maintenance and reliability team to deliver value to customers. With extensive experience in infrastructure leadership, Scott previously held various roles including Installation Business Manager at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, and EAM Solutions Architect at Total Resource Management. They earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the US Naval Academy and a MS in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from the University of Washington. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated a commitment to optimizing processes and integrating best practices to drive client success.
