Aldex Oun

Aldex Oun has over 10 years of work experience in customer success and account management roles. Aldex currently works at Tessera Data as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager since March 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief Customer Officer at CountingWorks PRO from July 2016 to June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Connectivity, Inc. as the Director of Client Services from June 2015 to June 2016 and as a Partner Account Manager from June 2014 to June 2016. Aldex also gained experience as a National Account Manager at FiveStars from June 2012 to November 2013.

Aldex Oun obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality (Hotel and Restaurant Management) from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. This education took place from 2009 to 2011.
