Min Kim

Min Kim has extensive work experience in strategic operations, alliance management, and program management in the biotechnology and healthcare industries. They are currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Operations and Alliance Management at Tessera Therapeutics since January 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Program Management at bluebird bio from May 2017 to January 2022. Prior to bluebird bio, they worked as the Director of Program Management at Retrophin from September 2015 to May 2017. They also have experience at Biogen as an Associate Director of Medical Strategic Operations in Global Medical Affairs from September 2013 to September 2015. Prior to that, they held several roles at Genzyme, including Director of Program Management from August 2011 to August 2013, Associate Director of Program Management from May 2007 to August 2011, and Area Marketing Director from October 2004 to May 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Consultant at inVentiv Health from 2003 to 2004 and at Deloitte from 2001 to 2003. Their career began as a Research Associate at Equinox Group from 1997 to 1999.

Min Kim received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from Smith College. They also obtained an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
