Tugba Isiker

Tugba Isiker has extensive experience in financial systems and analysis. Tugba currently holds the position of Director of Financial Systems at Tessera Therapeutics, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, they were the Associate Director of Financial Systems at Tessera Therapeutics from September 2022 to February 2024.

Tugba Isiker also worked at MindStream Analytics as a Hyperion Consultant / Managed Service Specialist, specializing in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, and FDMEE. Tugba'sresponsibilities included development, support, and maintenance of planning and Essbase applications. Tugba worked at MindStream Analytics from May 2012 to January 2016.

In their earlier career, Isiker gained market analysis experience at Tutku Export and Import, where they implemented strategic changes, evaluated customer surveys, and proposed new product ideas. Tugba worked at Tutku Export and Import from January 2007 to June 2009.

Isiker also worked as an International Relations Intern at the Central Bank of Republic of Turkey and International Strategic Research.
