Veli Pyykönen

Veli Pyykönen has a wealth of experience in the finance and operations field. Veli began their career as an Administration specialist in NAV team at Evli Bank Plc in 2010 and 2011. In 2012, they became an Analyst Intern - Investment Banking Advisory at Nordea Markets. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at KPMG Finland as a Senior Analyst - Corporate Finance and Analyst - Corporate Finance. Veli then moved to Ilmatar Windpower Oyj (Plc) as CFO and Financial Manager from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are the Financial Process Architect at Puro.earth CO2 Removal Marketplace and the Head of Finance and Operations at Tesseract.

Veli Pyykönen obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance from Aalto University, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Finance from Aalto University, and studied Economics at City University of Hong Kong. Veli also holds a Certified Power Trader certification from Nasdaq, which they obtained in May 2019.
