Angela Morgan

Angela Morgan has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Director of Engineering Services, Vice President, and Director of the Kansas City Office at Tessere since June 2018. Prior to this role, Angela spent over 13 years at Black & Veatch as a Civil Engineer, focusing on the design, permitting, procurement, and construction associated with civil site design for power plants, including underground utilities, site development, storm water management, and road construction. Angela holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an Engineer's degree in Civil from the University of Kansas, completed between 2001 and 2005.
