Osama Alkadi

Osama Alkadi has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Osama is currently working as a Senior Cyber Security Consultant at Tesserent since October 2022. Previously, they worked at KPMG Australia as a Cyber Security Manager from September 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they served as a Solution Architect - Intelligent Cloud & Infrastructure at Accenture from September 2018 to September 2020.

Prior to their roles in the private sector, Osama worked at The Australian National University from 2009 to 2018. Osama held multiple positions during this time, including Program Manager from 2014 to 2018, Senior Software Engineer from 2009 to 2014, and Sessional Academic from July 2011 to December 2011. Osama also worked at the University of Canberra as an Associate Lecturer from July 2009 to December 2010 and as a Network Engineer from February 2006 to March 2009. Overall, Osama has a diverse background in cybersecurity, solution architecture, and academia.

Osama Alkadi's education history includes a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity from UNSW, a M.Sc. in Software Engineering from the University of Canberra, and a B.Sc. in Software Engineering, also from the University of Canberra.
