Pratik Rane

Pratik Rane has a diverse work experience in the field of network security and engineering. Pratik started their career in 2014 as a Network Intern at Jio, where they worked with the IP provisioning team and Cisco Monitoring Team. Pratik was responsible for router configurations, troubleshooting IP issues, and accelerating the resolution of unreachable routers.

After that, Pratik joined Conexxion Tech as a Network Operations Center Engineer. Here, they gained experience in troubleshooting and monitoring ISP networks, working with routing protocols such as BGP, ISIS, MPLS, and analyzing the stability and performance of network infrastructure.

In 2016, they returned to Jio as a Network Engineer, where they played a vital role in fault management, field support, and troubleshooting backhaul networks. Pratik worked with protocols like BGP, ISIS, MPLS, and rectified network faults across Pan India.

Pratik then joined DXC Technology in 2020 as a Network Security Professional, where they contributed as per their expertise till November 2022.

In 2022, they became a Network Security Engineer at Mazda Australia Pty Ltd, where they worked specifically in network security and contributed until June 2023.

Currently, Pratik is working as a Security Consultant at Tesserent from June 2023, utilizing their skills and knowledge in the field of network security.

Pratik Rane completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Networks & Security at Monash University from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Pratik also obtained certifications in the field of networking. Pratik became a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) through Cisco in May 2020.
