Monica Brown

Monica Brown M.S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, training, and management. Currently serving as a Senior Research and Development Analyst at Tessie Cleveland Community Services Corp since February 2020, Monica previously held roles at Sears Holdings Corporation from April 2008 to December 2016 as a Project Manager and Assistant Store Manager, where responsibilities included training a large team of associates on business strategies. Prior experience at Robinson's May Department Store from January 1990 to September 2006 involved serving as a Training Specialist, Auditor, and Area Sales Manager, focusing on policy development and implementation for safety and shortage programs across multiple locations.
