Anya Iverova

Anya Iverova has worked in the recruitment and business development fields for over a decade. Anya began their career in 2009 as an intern translator for Mondokio International News. In 2011, they became a University Relations Advisor for Intrax Cultural Exchange, first for the Northeast territory and then for the West Coast. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Executive Director of Partner Relations for the University of Arizona Online MBA program at Academic Partnerships. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Co-Founder and Product Manager at Fresh Conceptual. In 2019, they worked as a Startup Recruiter for various clients, a Talent Manager for Fishbowl, and a CEO I Coach + Recruiter for Careeer!. Anya currently works as the Director of Recruitment and Manager of Recruitment at Test Double.

Anya Iverova received two Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University in International Relations/Diplomacy and Russian between 2007 and 2010. In 2014, they obtained a TEFL certificate from the International TEFL Academy. In 2015, they attended General Assembly for Data Analytics, Product Management, and Business Fundamentals and Tactics. In 2016, they obtained Agile Foundations certification from rhubarb studios, an Agile Coach certification from ASPE, a division of Fortis College, and a Software Development Life Cycle certification from ASPE, a division of Fortis College.
