Erica Ponchot

Erica Ponchot has extensive experience in international recruitment and staffing, currently serving as the Director of International Recruitment and Programs at Health Carousel since April 2013. Previously, Erica held multiple roles at Health Carousel, including Associate Director and Senior Manager of International Recruitment & Programs. Prior to this, Erica worked as a Staffing Manager at Therapists Unlimited and gained valuable experience at ABPS, Inc., where Erica launched a new branch in Cincinnati as Branch Manager. Erica also worked as an Account Manager/Recruiter at ABPS (Horizons HRS) and held various administrative roles, including Office Manager at 1st National Restoration Contractors and Executive Assistant at Get Motivated Seminars, Inc.
