Stefan Kramarczik

Stefan Kramarczik is an accomplished business development and sales leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of GSE Business Development at TEST-FUCHS since May 2025, Stefan previously held the position of Head of Sales North East Germany at Nordex Group from July 2024 to April 2025. Prior roles include VP Sales & Marketing and VP Sales at HYDRO Systems KG, and a long tenure at Lufthansa Technik, where responsibilities included Head of Product Sales - Fleet Services and Director Sales among others. Stefan's career also includes strategic procurement roles at NXP Semiconductors and envia THERM GmbH. An academic background in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Hamburg University of Technology was completed in 2004.
