Monica Chen

Monica Chen has more than three decades of experience in the trade business, with a particular focus on tools, lighting equipment, and household products. She has a deep understanding of customers’ needs and knows how to create extra value in developing new products, preserving current product lines, managing factories, dealing with crises, and maintaining client relations, just like a bridge that connects customers, product developers, and the sales department.

Chen was previously stationed in Shenzhen and Shanghai. She excels at process reengineering, resource consolidation, and on-the-job training. She once successfully completed a comprehensive solutions project for a major retail client, and the value of service she created won her the annual Test Rite Chairwoman Award.
