Shelley Chen

As General Manager of Test Rite’s HTT Procurement Business Group, Shelly Chen is in charge of hardware procurement and distribution. By leading her team in developing new business opportunities, consolidating trade orders, and pioneering new modes of procurement and distribution, Chen has made Test Rite the most reliable ally for clients and hand tool/hardware industry partners in the long run.

Ever since she joined Test Rite Group in 1993, Chen has dedicated herself to the development of the hand tool/hardware industry for more than 25 years. She has a deep understanding of clients’ needs and knows how to coordinate intra- and inter-organizational resources to meet international demand. She is the key person behind Test Rite and Hillman’s ”Five-year Strategic Alliance” signed in 2016, a feat that not only reinvigorated the Group’s trade business but also won the Hillman—Test Rite team the 2016 Chairman Award.
