Bill Chick MCABE has over two decades of experience in building control surveying, currently serving as an Area Building Control Surveyor at Test Valley Borough Council since January 2008. Prior to this role, Bill held the same position at Southampton City Council from June 2003 to January 2008 and worked as an Assistant Building Control Surveyor at New Forest District Council from October 2000 to June 2003. Bill's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Construction and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Studies, both obtained from Solent University, with studies completed in 1996 and 1994, respectively.
