Test Valley Borough Council delivers a diverse range of services for people living and working in Test Valley. The borough is mainly rural and covers 628 square kms (243 square miles) on the western-side of Hampshire, with the majority of residents living in Andover, Romsey, Valley Park, Nursling and Rownhams. Our main responsibilities include rubbish collection, recycling, leisure, parks, environmental health, economic development, housing and planning. We have 48 borough councillors who are elected by the residents of Test Valley every four years. Our councillors are responsible for making sure the services the Council provides meet the needs of residents and those who work in the borough.
